- Shipment of Orders: SkinKinetics LLC dba (www.karinherzogus.com) supplies products only under the following terms and conditions.
- Customer: Accepts full liability for use of all products and services supplied by www.karinherzogus.com, customer accepts they will only use the products in accordance with their esthetician’s advice.
- Customer: Accepts and confirms they are of legal age.
- Consultation: www.karinherzogus.com skin care prescription recommendations are supplied on an educational basis only and do not in anyway whatsoever replace the advice of a physician or any professional medical advice.
- Order Delays: www.karinherzogus.com is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond our control ie strikes, acts of God but will provide tracking information at all times and customer service assistance.
- We Reserve the Right: to alter methods of shipping or to refuse orders where we see fit.
- Customer Indemnifications:. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold SkinKinetics LLC its owner’s and employees harmless from and against any losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs & expenses, included but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of a suit arising out of Customer’s use of services provided to you by www.karinherzogus.com. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander, infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized use of any trademark.
- SkinKinetics LLC (www.karinherzogus.com) reserves the right to change it’s rates and/or modify these Terms of Service without any notice.
