Orders purchased over the sum of $100  are shipped free via UPS/Fedex ground (48 states) excluding Hawaii & Alaska (please contact us directly for shipping rates by UPS/Fedex to these areas). Telephone: (949) 542-2261

Orders below $100 shipping charge of $9.99 to (48 states only).

We ship via UPS/Fedex standard service, delivery time is between 3-9 business days excluding weekend days and all deliveries are tracked and signed for. 

We do not ship to PO Box numbers, Military APO/FBO and will only ship within the USA (48 states excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

Strictly no International Shipping.

Orders purchased from our website are shipped within 2 days.

In the rare event that you may have received the wrong product or you may have received something in error please contact us immediately at tel: (949) 542-2261  or by e-mail info@karinherzogus.com.

Any claims for carrier damaged items, please contact our customer care department at tel:(949) 542-2261 within 5 days business days after receipt of your delivery.  Please keep damaged items and shipper carton for inspection.
Karin Herzog US will refund your shipping charges for items that were damaged in transit.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you order has not been shipped we will arrange a refund.

However if your order has been shipped we will refund the complete balance excluding shipping charges.

We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.75% for sales to customers within California State. www.karinherzogus.com is the trading name for SkinKinetics LLC.

RETURNS POLICY

If you purchased your products from Karin Herzog US website directly (SkinKinetics LLC).
 
All products purchased from Karin Herzog US may be returned  within 30 days, unused and in original condition, for a refund (this excludes shipping charges).  If your product has been used, or if your product has been returned without it’s original packaging, we cannot issue a refund.  We do not offer exchanges at this time.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases except whereby Karin Herzog US has made an error in your order and shipped you the incorrect item.

We advise that you send your return via UPS/Fedex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your packing slip.  Estimated refund time is approximately 15 business days from the receipt date.

Please note, if you purchased Karin Herzog products at a spa, salon, e store, or shop.  Please contact that store directly to enquire about their returns policy.
